DELIVERY, PAYMENTS, RETURNS


1 . The order is processed after the funds are credited to the seller's account. In the absence of goods in our warehouse, the order will be processed after importing the desired assortment.
2 . The availability of the form of delivery depends on the client's location.
3. The following forms of dispatch are available:
  • DPD courier
  • Polish Post Priority
  • Polish Post Global Express
4. Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 12:00 are sent on the same day. The courier company DPD and Poczta Polska are responsible for delivering the goods on the next day.
  • Polish Post Priority: from 5 EUR*
  • DPD courier: from 17 EUR*

Payments


1 . The availability of the payment method depends on the client's location.
2. The following forms of payment are available:
  • Bank transfer:

Returns

  REFUND FORM

1 .   The return or exchange of the purchased goods can be made within 14 days from the date of its receipt - excluding the cases described in point 2.
2 . Returns or exchanges can not be made in the case of:    
    - gloves customized for the customer, eg printing on gloves
    - a product ordered for the customer, at his request
    - product showing traces of use
3 . Goods returned or exchanged can not bear any signs of usability.
4 . The product should be sent in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase and return form.
5. If you choose the option to return funds to the customer's bank account, please enter the bank account number to which the payment will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
6 . Parcels sent to us for cash on delivery will not be picked up.

Product complaint.

1. The condition for acceptance of the complaint is sending the goods to the company's address with the completed complaint form and proof of purchase.
2 . Complaints regarding mechanical damage to goods created during transport are considered only on the basis of the complaint protocol, prepared at the time of delivery of the parcel in the presence of the courier or postal employee. A damaged package should not be collected.
3 . Goods purchased in the sale are not subject to refunds and complaints.
4 . Complaints are considered within 21 days from the date of delivery. The address to which the exchange, return or complaint of the goods should be sent:
